2. WHOLESALE ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Bulk pricing is available for qualifying wholesale customers.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications for our cleaning chemicals. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. All chemical products must be used according to safety guidelines and instructions.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees and subject to change without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days for established wholesale customers. New customers may require advance payment or different payment arrangements.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. Risk of loss and title pass to buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. PRODUCT LIABILITY
Our cleaning chemicals are manufactured according to industry standards. Customers are responsible for proper handling, storage, and use of chemical products. We recommend reading all safety data sheets before use.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Custom formulated products cannot be returned. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of our cleaning chemical products.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Lahore, Punjab. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
